Rides can be booked instantly in advance through the designated platform or contact number.
Cancellation
Cancellations must be made instantly after booking and you'll be charged a small fee of $3.
Cancellations for reservations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled ride to avoid penalties. A small fee of $5 will be charged.

The platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts of users who violate the terms & conditions.
